I remember the first computer I ever touched. It was one of those old-school Apple Macintosh computers, you know - the one with the rainbow apple. Ever since then I became more and more interested in "the world of computers" as corny as that may sound. When I entered middle school, rather than reading the latest Goosebumps books, I was reading a 1,000-page book on Visual Basic. I never really knew what I was trying to achieve at such a young age, but I enjoyed what I was doing so I continued.
I was teaching my parents how to use the computer to make their lives easier when I was in middle school and by high school I was that guy who everyone would come to when they had a question about computers or the Internet. I always thought that it would be a great thing to pursue as a career, but I was worried that I would end up hating the thing I enjoyed so much.
Now that I am in college, I have started finding alternative routes to accomplish some of the goals that I want to achieve with the help of a little Internet networking. I'm not sure what else is in store for my Internet ventures, but I'm looking forward to finding out!
